Use of the Calculator
The buyer's premium confirmation tool is provided as a convenience for checking whether a price can already include a buyer's premium based on the auction bid increment, or calculating the added premium if it does not. Results depend on the dollar amount, premium percentage, and bid increment you enter, and may not reflect every auction house's rules, rounding method, tax treatment, fees, or payment terms.
The historical exchange rate calculators are provided as a convenience for estimating currency conversions and precious metal values using reference exchange-rate data. Results may not match the rate used by a bank, payment processor, credit card network, auction house, dealer, tax authority, shipper, or other service provider.
No Professional Advice
The site does not provide legal, financial, tax, auction, or appraisal advice. You should verify all calculations against the official auction listing, invoice, bidder agreement, or auction house terms before bidding or making a purchase decision.
